This summer, the health food movement in Hong Kong is in full swing and The Elephas is pioneering the movement…in impeccable style. The newest venture by training facility The Warrior Academy, food meets fitness in a hip, modern and interactive space that features an artisanal coffee bar, health food bar, and a state of the art fitness training facility. Gorgeous in its cohesive simplicity, the venue has been designed to bring together a community of active, like-minded individuals, and is set to open its doors this coming August.

Serving salads and fresh eats inspired by Thai cuisine, founder Ricky Cheuk has joined forces with a local Thai Chef to craft a menu to delight all appetites. Signature items include:

In a delicious collaboration with the homegrown Blooms Roastery & Craft Tea by Hong Kong celebrity Moses Chan, a special coffee blend has been created to indulge epicurean tastebuds. The Elephant
Blend is made up of rich grounds responsibly sourced from all over South Asia, including India Monsoon Malabar, Indonesia Aceh Mengaya Honey and Vietnam Lac Duong Microlot. On the palate, this full-bodied formula has a nutty and chocolatey base derived from India Monsoon; florals, berry, and herbal undertones from Indonesia Sumatra; and a hint of green apple, caramel sweetness, and fruity acidity from Vietnam. The coffee is brewed using state of the art machinery such as Victoria Arduino, so sip, relax, and savour the simple delights that come from enjoying a delicious cuppa.
